Fassi crane parts

Parts for Fassi knuckle boom cranes, new and used: seal kits and cylinders, stabilizer and boom parts, jibs and extensions, valves, controls, radio remote parts and seats. Tell us the model and serial number and we will find the part and quote it.

Robert's Diesel Works is a crane parts, service and repair shop in Orlando, Florida. What we do is find Fassi parts one crane at a time: we match the part to the model and serial number, quote it new or used, and ship it to wherever the crane is working.

Getting a price on a Fassi part

A Fassi part is matched to the crane it goes on, and the right part can change between versions and serial ranges of the same model. The quickest quote starts with:

  • The model, exactly as it reads on the crane's plate or the boom decal
  • The serial number from the same plate
  • The part number if you can read it, or a photograph of the part and where it sits on the crane
  • Where the crane is, so we can quote the freight with the part

Call (877) 697-6272 during business hours, or send the details through the form at the bottom of this page. If you do not know what the part is called, describe what it does. A photograph of the plate and one of the part is usually enough for us to work it out.

Need a part for a Fassi crane?

Read us the model and serial number off the crane's plate, add the part number or a photograph, and we will find the part and quote it, new or used.

Fassi parts we source

Cylinders and seal kits

  • Seal kits for the lift, fold (outer boom), extension, jib, slewing and stabilizer cylinders
  • Hydraulic cylinders, complete or as rods, barrels, glands and pistons
  • Holding valves and counterbalance valves on the cylinders

Fassi boom parts, jibs and extensions

  • Slide pads, wear pads and shims for the hydraulic extensions
  • Pins, bushings and bearings at the boom joints and the column
  • Jib parts, jib extensions, hooks and attachments
  • Winch parts on cranes that carry one: motors, brakes and wire rope

Stabilizers and rotation

  • Stabilizer (outrigger) cylinders, legs, beams, pins and stabilizer pads
  • Rotation parts: the slewing cylinders or slewing drive, rack and pinion or slewing ring wear parts,

depending on how the crane turns

Valves, controls and electronics

  • Control valve sections, relief valves and valve seals
  • Control handles, levers, linkages, switches, knobs and wiring
  • Overload and safety system parts: sensors, switches and harnesses
  • Radio remote controls, receivers, transmitters and batteries
  • Top seats and seat control parts on cranes that have them

Hydraulics and service parts

  • Pumps, PTO parts, hoses, fittings and oil coolers
  • Filters, hydraulic fluid and grease

If it bolts onto a Fassi crane and it is not on the list, ask anyway. Most of what we sell is found part by part, for one crane at a time.

Reading a Fassi model name

Fassi models start with an F and a number, followed by letters and often a number after a dot, for example F300SE.24 or F1000AXP.24. Read us the whole name exactly as it is on the plate, letters and dotted number included, together with the serial number. Those letters and numbers are what separate one version of a crane from the next, and they decide which seal kit, slide pad or valve section is the right one.

If the plate is missing or unreadable, send photographs of the whole crane, the boom decals and the part. The number of extensions, the jib, the stabilizer layout and the cylinder sizes usually narrow it down.

Fassi marine cranes

We are also asked about Fassi marine cranes on boats, barges and docks. Much of what wears out on them is the same kind of part as on a truck crane: seal kits, cylinders, hoses, valves and controls, and we can often source those by model and serial number too. For marine cranes themselves, new or used, see marinecrane.net.

New or used

Both. Seals, hoses, filters, slide pads and wire rope should be new. For an older crane, a good used cylinder, valve bank or boom section is often what keeps the truck earning instead of parked. Tell us which you would rather have, or ask us to price both. We tell you the condition of a used part before you buy it. Some used Fassi parts come off cranes we take in, see used Fassi cranes and parts.

Fitting the part

If the part is only half the job, bring the crane to our shop at 906 West Gore St in Orlando. We reseal cylinders, chase hydraulic leaks, sort out stabilizer, rotation and control faults, and repair the truck under the crane. See Fassi crane service and repair.

Shipping

We ship Fassi parts across the United States and to customers overseas. Freight is quoted with the part, so tell us where it is going.

Common questions

Who sources the parts?

Robert's Diesel Works, a crane parts, service and repair shop in Orlando, Florida. We source Fassi crane parts by model and serial number, new and used, and we service and repair knuckle boom cranes. For factory warranty work on a new crane, go through the manufacturer's dealer network.

I am in the UK or Europe. Can you help?

We can quote and ship overseas, and customers abroad call us for used parts and for parts on older cranes. For a new factory part on a crane under warranty, a Fassi dealer in your own country is usually the quicker route. Send the model and serial number and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Can I order Fassi parts online?

There is no online cart for Fassi parts here, because every part is checked against the model and serial number before it is quoted. Send the details through the form and we reply by phone or email with a price. Our online catalogue, the PM parts store, carries PM crane parts only.

Do you have a Fassi parts manual?

We do not publish manuals on this site, and you do not need one to order: the model and serial number are what we use to identify the part. If you have the page from your own book, send a photograph of it with the item circled.

Are the parts made by Fassi?

It depends on the part, and we tell you before you buy it. A quote says whether the part is new or used and whether it is the original part or a replacement made to fit.

Do you work on other knuckle boom cranes?

Yes. We service and repair knuckle boom cranes of every make and the diesel trucks under them. For used cranes and crane trucks see drywallcranes.com.
